The Cartonnerie has been a contemporary music scene in the city of Reims since 2005, and has three stage spaces (including a large room with 1200 seats), six rehearsal studios and a Le Floor restaurant. Throughout the year, the structure offers artistic support, workshops for young audiences, exhibitions or training. Every summer, she produces the festival La Magnifique Society. Formerly the Maison de la Culture André Malraux, it has four stage spaces: a large and small rooms, a studio and a workshop – for a total capacity of 1,350 seats. The dramatic centre also has a restaurant/bar. Designed for artists, it is an open and shared home with the public and celebrates contemporary theatre creation and production. The Fonds Régional d’Art Contemporain Champagne-Ardenne is rich with a collection of 900 works of art, around themes such as art and life, art and encounter, art and celebration, art and play.
