Throughout the season, the Committee’s translation team come together and discuss texts read or discovered in their original language. The goal is then to translate these into French and share them with the public. Taking the form of a reading, this is an opportunity for audiences to discover stories from elsewhere, from theatrical texts to original plays, and from authors sensitive to the turmoil of today’s world. For this new faraway event, the public can discover a contemporary Argentinian text.
