7th edition of the faraway – festival des arts in Reims

faraway invites you to meet on January 27 at the Manège de Reims to launch its 7th edition dedicated to the singularity of the Argentine art scene! An opening night to experience together, between tango and circus: let yourself be carried away by the warm wind of creation at the heart of a unique evening!

18:30 – Official launch in the presence of institutions, partners, and teams

19:30 – Dance – Great collective warm-up Discover Argentine tango: a social dance, a sensitive and tactile dialogue, based on listening to the other and sharing movement. Led by Rémi Esterle, a workshop open to everyone, to explore together the richness of this danced encounter.

21:00 – Circus – Seré millones Sur le corps d’Eva Perón (I will be millions On Eva Perón’s body) In the form of documentary circus, Anahí De las Cuevas retraces the tumultuous fate of Eva Perón’s embalmed body. Through speech, body in suspension, and video, three circus artists, dancers, and actresses question the legend that has been built around the Argentine icon.
